TradeiNet: Terms of Service

TradeiNet Terms of Use and End User License Agreement Effective Date: June 30, 2025

Welcome to TradeiNet — a trusted platform for tradespeople, apprentices, and industry leaders to connect, collaborate, and grow. Before you begin using our mobile app or website, please review these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). These Terms are a binding legal contract between you (“you” or “your”) and TradeiNet Pty Ltd (“TradeiNet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the TradeiNet mobile app, website https://www.tradeinet.com, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview These Terms cover: • The scope of your license to use TradeiNet; • Privacy and data use policies; • Community guidelines and content rules; • Dispute resolution and governing law; • Our limitations of liability; • Your responsibilities and rights. You can find these Terms under “Settings > Terms & Policies” in the mobile app or in the footer of our website.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use TradeiNet. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. By using TradeiNet, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our License to You We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. TradeiNet retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, design, logos, and all content created or licensed by us (“TradeiNet Content”). You may not copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit our Service or any part of it without our written permission.

4. Your Account To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information; • Keep your login credentials secure; • Not impersonate anyone or use another person’s account; • Notify us immediately at security@tradeinet.com of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. User Content You own the content (posts, images, comments, etc.) you upload (“User Content”). However, by uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable right to use, distribute, display, modify, and promote that content in any media or format, including for advertising or development purposes. We may remove or restrict access to any User Content that we determine violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use Policy To keep TradeiNet safe, respectful, and useful, you agree not to: • Post unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content; • Harass or threaten others; • Share private or confidential information without consent; • Use TradeiNet to spam, scam, or solicit; • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; • Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code; • Bypass, disable, or interfere with the security of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

7. Privacy and Data Use Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your data is governed by our: • Privacy Policy • Data Policy By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in those policies.

8. Third-Party Links & Services The Service may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Use them at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property TradeiNet and its licensors own all intellectual property rights related to the platform, including logos, designs, software, and content not generated by users. You may not use our trademarks without written consent.

10. Feedback We welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas. By submitting any ideas, you agree we may use them freely without compensation, acknowledgement, or restriction.

11. Disclaimers TradeiNet is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; • The accuracy or reliability of any content; • That bugs or defects will be corrected. Your use is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeiNet and its affiliates will not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; • Loss of data, revenue, or profits; • Issues arising from third-party services or user content; • More than AUD $150 in total damages.

13. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeiNet and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@tradeinet.com.

15. Dispute Resolution Arbitration All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), unless otherwise required by law. No Class Actions You agree to resolve any dispute individually and not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding.

16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.

17. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Notice Regarding Apple (iOS Users) This agreement is between you and TradeiNet, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the TradeiNet app or its content. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no further responsibility. You must comply with Apple’s terms when using the iOS app.
